The one-room apartment with a clearly separated night zone is located on the first floor and has a spacious balcony with southwest exposure. In the living area there is a table, 4 chairs, a fold-out sofa with a sleeping area of 140 cm x 200 cm, a coffee table and an LED TV. The night area for 2 people includes a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), 2 bedside tables and an LED TV. The kitchenette has: a two-burner induction hob, a microwave, a mini-fridge, a sink, an electric kettle, a set of pots, plates, glasses and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, mirror, shower, toilet and hairdryer. The apartment has a set of bed linen and towels, a safe with a combination lock and an ironing set (ironing board and iron). Smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is prohibited in all apartments and throughout the facility.
