Two-room apartments in this category are located on the second, third, fourth and fifth floors and have a spacious balcony with western exposure. The living room is equipped with a table, 4 chairs, a fold-out sofa with a sleeping area of 140 cm x 200 cm, a coffee table, and an LED TV. The bedroom for 2 people has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and an LED TV. The kitchenette has: a two-burner induction hob, a microwave, a mini-fridge, a sink, an electric kettle, a set of pots, plates, glasses and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, mirror, shower, toilet and hairdryer. The apartment has a set of bed linen and towels, a safe with a combination lock and an ironing set (ironing board and iron). Smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is prohibited in all apartments and throughout the facility. Apartments of the same category may differ slightly in size and room layout, but have unified/same decor and colors.
